Description
Known for their bravery when it comes to dealing with unexploded ordnance (UXOs), the US Army's 52nd personnel are trained in the art of Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD), giving them the tools and skills to deal with volatile materials ranging from small IEDs up to CRBN munitions. They are dedicated to keeping the US and allied personnel safe in the field in wartime and mine/ UXO removal in former conflict zones to protect the civilian populace and instructor. These soldiers are known to deploy and assist their civilian LEO counterparts with conventional bomb and even WMD threats and are also in charge of the disposal of obsolete, defective or unrecoverable munitions. Â
