We have a 30 Day return policy. We only accept NEW & Unused merchandise. Removing original tags and product packaging we cannot accept the return. We must receive your product within 30 days of receiving your order. We charge a 15% restocking fee and shipping will not be returned. If you receive a defective item we will handle your situation appropriately at our cost, you must email us first. If you choose to exchange for another item, we waive the restocking fee and just ask for you to pay the return shipping to you.

RMA is required and orders sent back with out an RMA number will not be accepted. We require this number to provide the fastest possible return process for our customers.
