Vintage Framed 1978 New York State Senate Bill Signed Document with Original Pen. This unique piece features a document certifying the approval of Senate Bill Number 3 from the third Extraordinary Session of 1978, signed by the Governor of New York. The document is elegantly framed and includes the original pen used to sign the bill, attached with a cork holder.
Please note that there is a watermark on the back of the document, visible upon closer inspection. The frame shows signs of wear, with a few scuffs present.
